General rules
- Wyoming BLM fire orders are issued by field office or district; when the BLM Wyoming page and the Rocky Mountain Area layer disagree, PlinkMap shows "Check source".
- Tracer and incendiary ammunition, fireworks and exploding targets are not allowed on BLM land during fire restrictions; tracer/incendiary rounds are banned year-round.
- Use a safe backstop, don't shoot from or across a road, and pack out all targets, shells and brass.
